Senior Systems Engineer
Overview
As a Systems Engineer, you will be a key member of a technical team responsible for the system definition, design, integration and test of next generation inertial measurement and navigation products / solution for use in aircraft, UAV's, missiles, land vehicles, and sea platforms. This role will be responsible for the leadership and oversite of Model Based System Engineering development activities.

Requirements
Bachelor Science/Engineering and/or Master of Science /Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or appropriate engineering discipline.
2+ years' experience in MBSE.
4+ years' aerospace and/or defense systems engineering, integration, and test.
The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements management, including requirements capture, traceability, flow-down, and decomposition to lower-level requirements using IBM DOORS or a comparable requirements management tool.
Strong Knowledge (proficiency preferred) in Cameo AE, DOORS, Microsoft Office.
Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
This position is 100% onsite at our Pine Brook, NJ location.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $106,000 - $162,000 Annually. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, and internal consistency.
