• Plan and execute z/OS upgrades, refreshes, and modernization initiatives
• USER EXITS (REXX, COBOL, BAL/ASSEMBLER)
• I/O CONFIGURATION EXPERTISE
• Z/OS MAINFRAME PERFORMANCE AND TUNING 
• DEBUGGING SKILLS
• STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF MONITORING TOOLS
