Senior Talent Sourcing Partner-Wealth - Jacksonville, FL - Contract - $40-50 Per HR
This position is a contract role based in Jacksonville, FL. It involves managing talent sourcing processes, building candidate networks, and providing market intelligence. The role requires proficiency in candidate management technologies and engagement tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage talent sourcing processes with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
- Deliver a robust candidate pipeline for assigned requisitions.
- Build and maintain a network of talent candidates in key disciplines and markets.
- Provide high-quality market intelligence on organizational structures and trends.
- Conduct effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience in direct delivery of sourcing in-house, RPO, or recruitment agency industry.
- Expertise in sourcing revenue-generating hires in sectors such as Wealth, Banking, or Markets.
- Proficient in social media channels and advanced search techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of candidate attraction channels.
- Proven ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignments.
