Job Details

We’re looking for a Senior Associate ready to take ownership of engagements, lead client relationships, and help develop the next generation of our team. You’ll work closely with managers and partners, gain exposure to a wide range of industries, and play a key role in the firm’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead engagements from planning through completion, keeping work on schedule and on budget
Prepare and review financial statements, workpapers, and tax returns
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and build lasting relationships
Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns
Research technical accounting and tax issues and communicate findings clearly
Identify opportunities to improve processes and add value for clients

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
Several years of public accounting experience
CPA license, or actively working toward it
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Confidence communicating with clients and leading a team
