Senior Tax Associate

A well-established CPA firm in the Springfield, MA area is growing its tax team and needs a Senior Tax Associate. The firm serves business owners, partnerships, trusts and individuals, so you'll see variety.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate and estate and trust returns
• Work on multi-state questions (MA and CT)
• Mentor staff and share what you know
• Work directly with clients and partners

What you bring:

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
• CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it or EA-eligible, tell us)
• Strong technical skills; UltraTax a plus

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience. You'll get a self-directed, collaborative environment and good work-life balance outside busy season.
