Senior Tax Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Compensation:$160,000–$175,000 + Bonus

A growing organization in the Chicago area is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join its global accounting and finance team. The Senior Tax Manager will play a key role in managing tax processes, supporting compliance initiatives, and providing guidance on complex tax matters. Key Responsibilities
- Manage corporate tax compliance processes, including federal, state, and local filings
- Support tax provision preparation and reporting, including ASC 740 requirements
- Review tax calculations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Partner with external advisors on tax planning, compliance, and special projects
- Research and analyze technical tax issues and provide recommendations
- Assist with process improvements and enhance tax reporting procedures
What We're Looking For
- CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience
- Previous public accounting experience preferred
- Experience owning ASC 740 tax provision accounting
- Strong understanding of corporate tax compliance and reportingt
