Senior Tax Manager – Cincinnati, OH

A well-respected Cincinnati-area CPA firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to help lead its tax practice. You'll be a trusted advisor to key clients, shape how the tax team works, and have a clear voice in the firm's direction, with a real path toward leadership.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee the tax practice's most complex engagements for businesses, owners, and high-net-worth families

- Provide final-level review of returns, provisions, and planning projections

- Lead tax planning strategies, including entity structuring, transactions, and succession planning

- Serve as primary relationship lead for key clients and support business development

- Supervise, develop, and evaluate managers, seniors, and staff

- Improve tax workflow, quality control, and technology processes

- Stay current on tax law changes and translate them into client opportunities

What You Bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred

- Active CPA license required

- 8+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 2-3 years at the manager level

- Deep expertise in pass-through entity, individual, and closely held business taxation

- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

- Strong research, communication, and business development skills

Pay: $160,000 - $185,000 + bonus potential
