Compensation: $160,000 – $210,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Partnership Path

Our client, a rapidly growing multi-office CPA and advisory firm, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its leadership team in beautiful Vail, Colorado.

This is not a traditional tax-management role.

For the right individual, this is an opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership position, work directly with successful business owners and high-net-worth families, help shape the future of the practice, and pursue a clearly defined path toward partnership.

The firm provides a fully integrated suite of services including tax planning and compliance, wealth advisory, family office services, business consulting, valuation services, and assurance solutions. Clients view the firm as a strategic advisor—not just a tax preparer.

If you enjoy complex tax work, mentoring professionals, building client relationships, and influencing the growth of a successful practice, we'd like to speak with you.
