The Opportunity
As Senior Tax Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while helping lead and develop a growing tax team.
You'll work closely with business owners, executives, investors, and families to provide thoughtful tax planning, strategic guidance, and long-term financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Tax Planning
- Lead sophisticated tax planning engagements for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, and closely held businesses
- Develop proactive tax strategies designed to maximize client outcomes
- Review complex tax returns and deliver high-quality client service
- Act as a trusted advisor on tax, financial, and business matters
Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals across the firm
- Review technical work and ensure exceptional quality standards
- Help establish best practices and improve operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Growth & Relationship Management
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities to expand client services and deepen engagements
- Participate in networking, referral development, and community involvement
- Contribute to the strategic growth of the practice
Qualifications
- Active CPA license required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong experience with individual, partnership, and corporate taxation
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements
- Demonstrated success mentoring and developing staff
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
