    About the Opportunity

    We are looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to support a diverse client base with complex tax planning, preparation, and advisory needs.

    This role focuses heavily on high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, family-owned companies, real estate holdings, charitable entities, and related corporate structures. It is an excellent opportunity for a senior tax professional who enjoys complex client work, strategic planning, technical research, and mentoring junior team members.

    What You'll Do

    • Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of individual and corporate tax returns
    • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to help minimize client tax liabilities
    • Conduct tax research and stay current on tax laws, regulations, and planning opportunities
    • Review and analyze financial data for accuracy, completeness, and tax reporting purposes
    • Advise clients on tax-related matters, planning strategies, and compliance requirements
    • Supervise, train, and mentor junior tax associates
    • Communicate with clients, tax authorities, internal team members, and other stakeholders
    • Manage client relationships with professionalism, responsiveness, and strong technical guidance
    • Work with a diverse client base that may include high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, real estate holdings, charitable entities, and closely held companies

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    • Active CPA required
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in individual and corporate tax
    • Strong technical knowledge of tax preparation, planning, compliance, and research
    • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses preferred
    • Ability to manage complex tax engagements and client relationships
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proficiency with tax preparation software and related accounting tools
    • Professional, client-focused, and solutions-oriented approach
