Tax Senior Manager

Hybrid near offices in Wooster, Cleveland, or Columbus, OH!

Responsibilities:

• Managing the tax services with numerous engagements running simultaneously
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Provide leadership, direction, and coordination of resources and personnel to ensure client satisfaction in the planning and execution of tax engagements. 
• Play an important role in the development, coaching and supervision of subordinate
• Participating in firm growth and management.

Qualifications:

• Have CPA.
• Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint) as well as basic knowledge of operating systems.
• 7+ years related experience. 
• Relevant degree. Advanced degree preferred.
