Description

Responsibilities & ExpectationsThe Senior Team Leader is an experienced Executive Protection Agent tasked with leading a team of at least 5-15 Agents, wherein you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the detail, policies, and procedures. The Senior Team Leader holds the point position in the eyes of the client as the trusted, senior most on-site leader. Scheduling, personnel management, critical thinking, proactive and great communication skills are a must have for this role.

The following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:

Manage and maintain the overall safety and security of protecteesMonitoring security systems and technology tools for various properties to include alarms and camerasAbility to learn new technology and master its operationsAccess control for visitors, employees, and vendorsProtentional for special assignmentsEffectively build relationship and communicate with protectees, key staff and employee stakeholdersMaintain discretion and confidentialityAbility to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays).Partner with various intelligence and investigations teams, global security operations center assets, other private security firms, security vendors and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threatsDetect and report suspicious activity and security vulnerabilitiesBe able to operate in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced environmentCommunicate effectively with your team and the clientMaintain a schedule to effectively account for your teams' needs and preferences of the detailEnsure policies/procedures and licensing requirements are met by your team dailyEffectively lead and train a team to match protectee preferences and company standards

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 4+ years' experience managing/directing a security team.Ability to train, lead, enforce, and uphold standards/policies while communicating effectively with a team of 5-15 assigned personnel.Pass pre-employment background investigation.Participation in random drug screeningsPossess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Possess a valid and current driver license.Possess a valid U.S PassportPossess a valid California BSIS issued Guard CardPossess or able to possess a valid California BSIS issued Exposed Firearms CardProfessional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries preferred).Must possess excellent communication skills; written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications

Fast learner, possess the ability to jump into an opportunity and lead from the front.Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation.Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.The ability or possession of a LEOSA permit, Concealed Carry Weapons permit, and/or CPR certification
