As our Senior Tech Business Development Manager, you"ll be the architect of building strategic partnerships with industry leading dealer groups. This isn"t just another Tech Business Development role - it"s your chance to shape the future of a $1.5 trillion industry. You"ll serve as a voice of Amazon Autos - both internally and externally - championing our vision and value proposition as we transform the greater automotive marketplace. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of recruiting high-value partners, skillfully navigating objections, and closing transformative deals. You will need strong attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize opportunities, and proven success driving incremental growth. You will collaborate seamlessly with dealers, business developers, account managers, product teams, and senior leadership to collaboratively build the business.

Your entrepreneurial spirit will shine as you influence and cultivate relationships with dealer groups, driving revenue growth and expanding our vehicle selection. You will leverage your deep automotive industry expertise and solution-oriented approach to unlock opportunities for Amazon Autos. You are an effective communicator - both written and verbal - with an solution oriented mindset that transforms data into strategic decisions. A day in the life

Your morning might start with a video call with a major dealer group in Baltimore, walking them through Amazon Autos" value proposition and addressing their questions about the digital retail experience. You"ll leverage data analytics to show them how Amazon Autos can expand their reach. By mid-morning, you"re collaborating with our product team, sharing dealer feedback that could influence our roadmap. You"re the bridge between what dealers need and what we"re building - and your insights directly shape our product.

After lunch, you"re on a webinar with a leading OEM"s franchise dealer network. You"ll spend the next two days networking with dealer principals, OEM executives, and industry leaders, building relationships that will become tomorrow"s partnerships. Between meetings, you"re analyzing your pipeline, strategizing with business development leaders about how to accelerate deals, and preparing a presentation for senior leadership on your quarterly growth strategy. You"re moving fast, making decisions with incomplete information, and loving every minute of the startup energy.

Friday afternoon, you close a partnership with a 35-location dealer group - a deal you"ve been nurturing for weeks. It"s a game-changer for our coverage in the Northeast, and you immediately start thinking about how to replicate this success in other regions.
