We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Technical Architect to join our team located in Boston, MA. This is a hybrid role.

Serving as a strategic technology leader within a large-scale healthcare client environment, this is a highly collaborative and influential role focused on assessing enterprise platforms, identifying architectural, operational, and delivery challenges, and driving improvements across complex healthcare ecosystems. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, business leaders, healthcare stakeholders, and global delivery teams to ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, secure, and aligned to business objectives.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise across Java, Spring Boot, AWS, Angular, enterprise databases, and various third-party platforms with the ability to analyze complex environments, uncover systemic issues, and develop actionable recommendations. This individual must be comfortable challenging the status quo, presenting fact-based findings to technical and business leadership, and driving accountability across multiple teams to ensure issues are addressed and improvements are successfully implemented.

This role requires a strong communicator and trusted advisor who can bridge technology, operations across various teams, and healthcare stakeholders. You will play a key role in identifying platform risks, architectural gaps, process inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities while partnering with client and project leadership to prioritize and execute strategic improvements.
