Job Summary

nCino Automation QA Engineer (Playwright) Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and scripts using Playwright for nCino and Salesforce-based applications. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to understand requirements and define comprehensive test coverage. Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end automated test scenarios across web applications and APIs. Validate nCino workflows, lending processes, integrations, and custom Salesforce developments to ensure quality and reliability. Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing initiatives. Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and work closely with development teams to drive timely resolution. Ensure adherence to QA best practices, coding standards, and test automation governance. Contribute to test strategy, framework enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts to improve release quality and reduce manual testing effort. Preferred Skills: nCino, Salesforce Platform, Playwright, TypeScript/JavaScript, API Testing, CI/CD, Git, Agile/Scrum, Test Management Tools, and SQL/Data Validation
