Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business needs.
• Perform technical reviews of development activities.
• Provide production support and resolve incidents efficiently.
• Guide developers in technical and functional capacities.
• Analyze and propose solutions for recurring issues.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in policy development technologies.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance underwriting.
• Proficiency in application design and unit testing.
• Strong skills in debugging and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
