Job Summary

Looking for a SAP GRC Security AMS Support Consultant with experience in supporting SAP Security and GRC Access Control environments. The role involves user access management, role maintenance, risk analysis, ticket resolution, compliance support, and coordination with business and technical teams in a production support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 support for SAP GRC Access Control and SAP Security incidents, service requests, and enhancements.Manage user provisioning, role assignments, access requests, password resets, and firefighter access.Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and support audit/compliance activities.Maintain and troubleshoot SAP roles, profiles, and authorization issues across SAP landscapes.Monitor and resolve GRC workflow issues, access request failures, and provisioning errors.Support periodic user access reviews, role recertifications, and compliance reporting.Coordinate with functional, basis, and business teams for issue resolution and change implementations.Prepare documentation, support knowledge management, and ensure SLA adherence.
