Required skills: he Senior Technology Product Manager is accountable for the technology strategy, stability, resiliency, risk management, vendor engagement, and modernization roadmap of the WTX Wires Platform, including the ACI MTS product that supports critical wire processing capabilities.
This role serves as the primary technology owner responsible for balancing day-to-day platform sustainability with long-term modernization objectives. The individual will partner across Operations, Application Production Support, Technology, Infrastructure, Risk, Architecture, Product, and Vendor teams to ensure the platform remains secure, compliant, resilient, and aligned to enterprise payment strategies.
The position combines responsibilities traditionally covered by platform ownership, technical product management

Required Skills & Experience

Payments & Banking Expertise

• Deep understanding of wire payments, payment processing, and funds transfer operations.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, settlement processes, and payment controls.
• Experience supporting mission-critical banking platforms.

Technical Leadership

• Strong understanding of:
• Distributed systems
• Enterprise application architecture
• APIs and integration patterns
• Database technologies
• Infrastructure and cloud environments
• High availability and resiliency design

Product Management

• Experience developing technology roadmaps and investment strategies.
• Ability to prioritize competing business and technical demands.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Vendor Management

• Experience managing strategic software vendors.
• Knowledge of commercial software products and support models.
• Ability to negotiate priorities, escalations, and delivery commitments.

Risk & Control Management

• Experience managing technology risk within regulated financial institutions.
• Familiarity with audit, cybersecurity, operational resiliency, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience with ACI MTS or other wire-processing platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale payment modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT, and ISO 20022 migration programs.
• Experience operating within large, complex banking environments.
• Exposure to platform replacement or transformation programs.
