    Job Description

Amazon Quick is the AI companion for work. Today, thousands of enterprises and millions of users rely on Quick to connect their data, understand it quickly, and take action: whether through interactive dashboards, embedded analytics woven into the products their customers use, natural language experiences that let any knowledge worker ask a question and act on the answer immediately, or fully managed tools they build and deploy for their stakeholders. Hundreds of ISVs and SaaS companies have already built Quick into the fabric of their applications, powering experiences for millions of end users. That is the kind of reach we operate at, and we are just getting started.

We are at an inflection point. The way users and businesses manage their commerce workflows is about to change fundamentally. Buying, selling, and operating across Amazon"s commerce surfaces still runs on fragmented dashboards, manual reporting, and context scattered across disconnected tools. The convergence of structured data, natural language, and agentic AI collapses that friction: an agent that understands your business, acts across every tool you use, and turns a question into completed work. Quick sits at the center of this shift. We are building the companion where a seller optimizes operations, a buyer streamlines procurement, and a vendor acts on insight, all in plain English, all before the day is over. The same experience, the same governed data, scaling from a single user to an entire organization: not a better dashboard, but a fundamentally new way to run a commerce business.

This role owns a defining frontier: building Quick to be the front door for agentic commerce. Amazon operates the world"s largest commerce surfaces, and the next wave of value comes from Quick integrating tightly with Amazon Business, Amazon Sellers, and Vendors so that buyers, sellers, and vendors manage their business inside Quick with full context across every tool they use. Your mandate is to make Quick the agentic workspace where commerce happens: where a seller optimizes operations, a buyer streamlines procurement, and a vendor acts on insight, all through Quick as the connective layer across Amazon"s commerce ecosystem. You will work across S-team orgs spanning Amazon Business, Sellers, Vendors, and AWS, aligning priorities and building the partnerships that make this integration real.

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager, Technical to own this journey. You are a deeply technical product leader, equal parts strategist and practitioner: someone who can see the three-year arc of a market, then roll up their sleeves to ship the next release; who works backward from the customer"s deployment, not from a requirements document, and measures success by whether the customer succeeded; who sees a nascent, fast-growing business not as a risk but as a canvas.

You will have a direct, visible thumbprint on the companion that is becoming the front door for agentic commerce across Amazon"s ecosystem. The decisions you make, about what we build, how we package it, who we build it for, and how we bring it to market, will define how businesses buy, sell, and operate in the age of AI. If you are a builder who gets energy from ambiguity, thinks in systems but ships in increments, and wants to be at the frontier where commerce meets agentic AI, we want to talk to you.

    Key job responsibilities

    • Define the vision through writing. Author PRFAQs, narratives, and specs that frame the agentic commerce opportunity and align S-team orgs across Amazon Business, Sellers, and Vendors. Make crisp tradeoffs and drive delivery with engineering, applied science, and design, holding a high bar on quality and experience.
    • Work backward from customers. Engage directly with buyers, sellers, vendors, and AWS field teams; turn what you hear into product conviction and anticipate what customers will need before they ask.
    • Build agentic solutions. Be hands-on with the technology, from how a semantic model resolves a natural language query to how an agent acts across a seller"s tools, operating at the level of detail where real product decisions are made.
    • Partner with GTM and Sales to design onboarding and growth motions that accelerate time-to-value and turn deployments into enterprise-wide adoption.
    • Own business outcomes: adoption, revenue, competitive win rates, and retention. Use data relentlessly to prioritize, make the case for investment, and communicate progress to leadership.

    About Company

At Amazon, we don’t wait for the next big idea to present itself. We envision the shape of impossible things and then we boldly make them reality. So far, this mindset has helped us achieve some incredible things. Let’s build new systems, challenge the status quo, and design the world we want to live in. We believe the work you do here will be the best work of your life.

Wherever you are in your career exploration, Amazon likely has an opportunity for you. Our research scientists and engineers shape the future of natural language understanding with Alexa. Fulfillment center associates around the globe send customer orders from our warehouses to doorsteps. Product managers set feature requirements, strategy, and marketing messages for brand new customer experiences. And as we grow, we’ll add jobs that haven’t been invented yet.

    It’s Always Day 1
At Amazon, it’s always “Day 1.” Now, what does this mean and why does it matter? It means that our approach remains the same as it was on Amazon’s very first day – to make smart, fast decisions, stay nimble, invent, and stay focused on delighting our customers. In our 2016 shareholder letter, Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos shared his thoughts on how to keep up a Day 1 company mindset. “Staying in Day 1 requires you to experiment patiently, accept failures, plant seeds, protect saplings, and double down when you see customer delight,” he wrote. “A customer-obsessed culture best creates the conditions where all of that can happen.” You can read the full letter here

    Our Leadership Principles
Our Leadership Principles help us keep a Day 1 mentality. They aren’t just a pretty inspirational wall hanging. Amazonians use them, every day, whether they’re discussing ideas for new projects, deciding on the best solution for a customer’s problem, or interviewing candidates.
