Senior Technical Product Owner

Position: Senior Technical Product Owner - Enterprise Kiosk

Work Location: Bethesda, MD (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage epics, user stories, and product backlogs.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, business stakeholders, and offshore teams.
• Support testing, review QA test scripts, track defects, and resolve blockers.
• Monitor development progress, dependencies, and release deliverables.
• Support roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and product enhancements.
• Take ownership of follow-ups and drive tasks to closure.

Required Skills:

• Experience as a Technical Product Owner or in a similar digital product role.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and user-story development skills.
• Experience managing backlogs and supporting product delivery.
• High-level understanding of backend integrations and their business purpose.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, QA, and business teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Self-service kiosks, digital tablets, or customer-facing product experience.
• Hospitality industry or previous Kiosk experience.
• Experience working with offshore teams.

Key Points:

• This is a Technical Product Owner role, not a hands-on Architect position.
• Prioritize strong ownership, leadership, collaboration, and initiative. Kiosk or hospitality experience is a plus, not mandatory.
• Candidates must be comfortable working onsite 2-3 days per week.
