Pay Range: $75 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of multiple project reviews, monitoring daily progress and proactively resolving any blocking issues to ensure smooth project lifecycles.
- Collaborate with requesters and reviewers to clarify requirements and gather necessary information to advance project reviews.
- Manage and track action items and next steps for each project, ensuring all milestones are met and projects remain on schedule.
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing updates, highlights, and addressing any concerns.
- Deliver weekly reports on project status, achievements, and challenges, with detailed insights into the review and approval stages.
- Coordinate with privacy stakeholders to align and document best practices for approvals.
- Manage project risks effectively, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation as needed.
- Research, catalog, and annotate AI Research assets, requiring high attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Utilize Google Sheets/Excel for data exploration and analysis to inform project decisions and optimize workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the AI research landscape and tools.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field required.
- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in AI/LLM research, privacy, data analytics, or risk management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others to accomplish goals.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data annotation, exploration, and analysis.
- Experience with data analysis and running ad hoc queries.
- Familiarity with AI research tools and landscape.
- MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
