Senior Technical Program Manager, Amazon Leo

Amazon Leo is Amazon"s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable broadband connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From households to small businesses, schools, hospitals, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve communities and organizations operating in places without dependable internet access.operating in places without reliable connectivity.

This senior technical program manager will be responsible in managing large programs to mitigate fraud and abuse risk faced by both Leo"s customers and business.

Key job responsibilities

This Technical Program Manager is a highly visible role across the organization. You will drive alignment across Engineering, Accounting, Operations, Product, Business and other partner teams. We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team-oriented individual who also has the ability to work independently under significant time constraints to meet deadlines. You will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. This includes owning the end to end management of delivering the features required to mitigate fraud and abuse, monitoring the effectiveness of the mitigation and driving accountability across the organization to reduce fraud and abuse losses.

You will own the definition and delivery of the program, including keeping stakeholders informed with status, holding teams accountable to their deliverables, identifying and resolving blocking issues to ensure the delivery.

You will be responsible for understanding software design concepts and contribute to large scale architectural designs. You should be comfortable diving deep and understand the mechanism of multiple complex systems.

You will be responsible for delivering the launch plans with internal and external stakeholders.

You will own communication to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across various workstreams.

You will manage new projects and initiatives end-to-end and ensure our high standards.
