Job Title: Senior Technical Program Manager, Data & Analytics (Contract) Position Overview The Senior Technical Program Manager, Data & Analytics (TPM) will bridge business stakeholders and Data Engineering to deliver trusted data products and capabilities supporting Immunome's commercial readiness for targeted oncology therapies. Working within a clinical-stage biotechnology company, this hands-on leader will translate business objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process and data flows, and mock views, with emphasis on commercial planning, operational readiness, forecasting, reporting, and launch-preparation decisions. The role begins with an on-site onboarding and discovery period and may become remote-eligible afterward based on business needs and manager approval; it is not a recurring hybrid schedule. Responsibilities Commercial Readiness & Solution Definition • Lead discovery with commercial strategy, finance, operations, analytics, and technology stakeholders to clarify launch-readiness objectives, users, workflows, decisions, and measurable outcomes. • Translate commercial priorities into epics, user stories, functional and data requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and collaborative mock views or wireframes. Data Engineering & Technical Coordination • Partner with data architects, engineers, analysts, and data owners to define sources, metrics, business rules, mappings, and refresh needs — and translate these into clear requirements and acceptance criteria that guide delivery of pipelines, integrations, curated datasets, and reporting-ready outputs. • Coordinate decisions on data quality, access, and governance across the program, communicating technical tradeoffs in business terms. • Program Delivery, Governance & Communication • Build integrated plans covering commercial-readiness milestones, scope, owners, dependencies, testing, release readiness, adoption, and measurable outcomes. • Manage backlogs and task structures in Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or comparable tools, maintaining clear ownership, status, dates, and traceability. • Lead Agile planning and delivery cadences; track progress, identify slippage, and coordinate recovery across business and engineering teams. • Maintain risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change control; provide concise status updates and timely escalation to accountable stakeholders. Release Readiness & Process Improvement • Coordinate user acceptance testing, data validation, release readiness, handoffs, documentation, and post-launch follow-through. • Improve reusable requirements, delivery practices, quality gates, metrics, and documentation standards. Qualifications Required Experience & Education • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in technical program management, technical product or project delivery, business analysis, or data and analytics delivery. • Experience in an oncology-focused biotechnology or biopharmaceutical environment, preferably supporting commercial readiness, launch planning, forecasting, or related business operations. • Proven success translating complex needs into delivery-ready requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process or data flows, and mock views. • Experience partnering with data engineering teams on pipelines, integrations, transformations, data models, data quality, and analytics or reporting use cases. • Strong Agile delivery skills and hands-on use of Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or comparable platforms to manage plans, backlogs, dependencies, risks, and reporting. • Ability to work on-site during the initial onboarding, discovery, and team-integration period. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with forecasting, launch-readiness metrics, master data, or executive reporting in a regulated environment; relevant PMP or Agile certification is a plus. Key Competencies / Soft Skills • Builds trust quickly with commercial, finance, and executive stakeholders in a fast moving cross-functional, matrixed biotech environment. • Translates ambiguous business needs into clear, structured requirements. • Communicates technical tradeoffs in plain business language for non-technical stakeholders.
