The Role
We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technology roles - software development, data, infrastructure, cloud, security, and ERP. You will partner directly with hiring managers, run your own searches end to end, and mentor junior recruiters on the team.
What You Will Do
- Own the full recruiting cycle for technical requisitions: intake, sourcing, screening, submittal, interview coordination, offer, and close
- Run structured intake calls with hiring managers and translate technical requirements into a real search strategy
- Source passive technical talent through the ATS/CRM, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and AI-assisted sourcing tools
- Screen for technical fit, work authorization, compensation alignment, and genuine interest before submitting
- Keep the ATS clean and current so pipeline reporting reflects reality
- Mentor junior recruiters and sourcers on technical search technique
- Partner with US-based leadership and distributed delivery teams across time zones
What You Bring
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical and engineering roles
- Agency, RPO, MSP, or corporate technical recruiting background
- A track record of filling hard-to-source roles without relying on inbound applicants
- Working fluency in the technology landscape you recruit for - you can hold a credible conversation with an engineer
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting candidates and pushing back on unrealistic requirements
- Experience with an applicant tracking system and disciplined documentation habits
- Comfortable using AI and automation as an advantage, not a threat
Nice to Have
- Recruiting experience in regulated environments (financial services, life sciences/GxP, defense)
- Boolean and x-ray sourcing skills
- Prior mentorship or team lead experience
