Position Overview

We are seekingan experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for enterprise technology positions. This role requires a recruiter who can successfully identify, attract, and hire highly skilled technical professionals across software engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data, and architecture disciplines.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for complex technology organizations, understands modern software development and cloud technologies, and excels at building strong partnerships with hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present highly qualified technical candidates.
  • Manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously while maintaining service level expectations.
Technical Talent Acquisition

Recruit for positions including:

  • Engage passive technical talent.
Stakeholder Partnership
  • Advise hiring managers using market intelligence and compensation insights.
  • Provide consultative guidance throughout the recruiting process.
  • Build trusted relationships with business leaders and interview teams.
Analytics & Process Improvement
  • Monitor recruiting KPIs, including:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Pipeline health
    • Candidate conversion rates
    • Offer acceptance
  • Utilize recruiting analytics to improve hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and internal recruiting processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle corporate technical recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting enterprise technology professionals.
  • Strong understanding of:
