Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.Responsibilities:Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domainCommunicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teamsOversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expensesProvides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support themEnsures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammatesDevelops business cases for new products and additional features for existing productsPartners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trendsEffective product owner skills sets, Able to manage things independently.Strong business knowledge around payments, stakeholder management and requirement gathering.Act as the subject matter expert within the technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, problems, and align them on priorities.Create and Review the tech vision and roadmap for the product to align with strategic direction for the business or technology domain.Collaborate with vendors for the project needs as applicable; it encompasses in other routines.Drive Business requirements sessions based on project timelines with Biz/Tech/Arch to review the requirements and XD.Approve Jira Deliverables/Epics for Business Readiness.Work with Architects applications owners for solution readinessAssist in change work estimation processRequired Qualifications8-10 years' experience as a Product Owner for agile teams5+ years' experience with JIRAHigh degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountabilityHighly motivated self-starter able to work independently with little supervisionExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentIn-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principlesDesired QualificationsKnowledge of the Wire Transfer process and functionality of Wires.Understanding of payment systems - SWIFT, Chips, FED, ISO20022.Basic knowledge on Money transfer system, ACI MTS.Agile methodologies - Kanban / JIRASkills:Financial ManagementInfluenceSolution Delivery ProcessStakeholder ManagementTechnical Strategy DevelopmentAgile PracticesAnalytical ThinkingCollaborationResult OrientationRisk ManagementBusiness AcumenBusiness Case AnalysisData ManagementSolution DesignVendor ManagementShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
