    Job Summary

    The Senior Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth through the development of new customer accounts, management of existing client relationships, and promotion of particle sizing, zeta potential, surface, and porosity solutions. This role involves identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, managing sales pipelines, delivering technical presentations, developing proposals, negotiating agreements, and closing business while providing exceptional customer support.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Generate and develop new customer accounts.
    • Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
    • Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Forecast sales opportunities and business growth accurately.
    • Present technical solutions to executives, managers, and technical personnel.
    • Prepare and deliver sales proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and customer presentations.
    • Advance opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
    • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer requirements.
    • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Travel for customer meetings, demonstrations, installations, and business development activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales preferred.
    • Experience in analytical instrument sales is strongly preferred.
    • Strong sales qualification, opportunity management, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to develop, manage, and forecast a sales pipeline.
    • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and effectively manage customer relationships.
    • Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
    • Valid driver's license and passport.
    • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
