    Description

    We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of electrical test systems for advanced aerospace and spaceflight hardware. This role plays a key part in integration, verification, and validation of mission-critical systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE), including hardware, software, and documentation.

    • Create and maintain test hardware interfacing with complex embedded systems (UUTs).

    • Develop test software using LabVIEW, Python, PERL, or C for automation and control.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to meet program schedules.

    • Prepare and maintain test documentation, procedures, and plans for customer delivery.

    • Mentor junior engineers and support debugging and integration activities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.

    • 7–10 years of experience in test engineering or related roles.

    • Experience with LabVIEW and at least one of the following: C, Python, or PERL.

    • Knowledge of circuit board design and electrical hardware development.

    • Familiarity with test instrumentation, cabling, and technical documentation.

    • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
