Senior Transmission Engineer

Campos is continuing to grow and we are looking for an experienced Transmission Engineer to join our team. As a Transmission Engineer at Campos EPC, your role is pivotal in the engineering, design, and analysis of transmission lines, as well as the development of comprehensive project packages. We are open to hire at our Campos EPC co‑locations or also fully remote. Join us and be a driving force behind the advancement of transmission line engineering!ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the engineering and design of high voltage (69-500kV) transmission lines using PLS-CADD.Prepare construction documents including plan and profile drawings, structure loading trees, and foundation and assembly drawings.Conduct detailed analysis to ensure system reliability and efficiency.Provide field support during construction.Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.Perform work which involves conventional engineering practices, but may involve a variety of complex features.Coordinate departmental and divisional project studies and report preparation assignments.Devise new approaches to problems encountered.Adhere to codes and standards while delivering innovative solutions.Other duties as assigned.Education Requirements (min)BS in Engineering from an ABET accredited programExperience8-15 years of experience required within Transmission EngineeringPLS CADD requiredThe ideal candidate is a PE or can obtain a PE within the next 3 monthsSalary110-140K depending on experience and location#J-18808-Ljbffr
