Senior Trial Attorney: First-Chair Defense Work in Coral Gables

We are seeking a Senior Trial Attorney to join a one-of-a-kind law firm that values work-life balance and a manageable billable requirement. This is a full-time, in-office position in the firm's Coral Gables, Florida office, in the Miami / Coral Gables area.

Candidates must reside in Florida, ideally in South Florida, and be available for in-person court appearances as needed.

What You'll Do

• Defend general liability, products liability, and/or asbestos matters
• Take cases through trial to verdict as first chair
• Lead case strategy from pretrial preparation through verdict
• Make in-person court appearances as needed

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• Several years of experience defending general liability, products liability, and/or asbestos matters
• Significant first-chair jury trial experience, taking cases through trial to verdict
• Defense experience in asbestos-related personal injury or wrongful death cases is a plus, but not required
• Must reside in Florida
