    Senior Trial Attorney ($350k+ Salary)

    Location: North Hollywood, CA (Remote, Hybrid, OR On-site) OR San Diego, CA

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a motivated SeniorLitigation/Trial Attorney with 7+ years of experience and a strong background in real estate litigation and landlord/tenant law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive litigation experience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases with a talented team of professionals.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation

    • Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs

    • Conduct legal research and analyze case law

    • Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials

    • Develop case strategies and advise clients accordingly

    • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates

     

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

    • 7+ years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate, construction, unlawful detainer, or landlord/tenant law

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

    • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    • Active membership in the California State Bar
