Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated SeniorLitigation/Trial Attorney with 7+ years of experience and a strong background in real estate litigation and landlord/tenant law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive litigation experience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases with a talented team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs
Conduct legal research and analyze case law
Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Develop case strategies and advise clients accordingly
Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
7+ years of litigation experience with a focus on real estate, construction, unlawful detainer, or landlord/tenant law
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Active membership in the California State Bar
