Are you an experienced Senior Trust & Estates Paralegal with expertise in international wealth and asset planning? SourcePro Search is seeking a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in Trust and Estates law to join our team. This role involves managing complex international matters, requiring exceptional organizational skills and legal acumen. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist attorneys in the preparation and administration of complex international trusts and estates.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
• Draft corporate entity documents for LLCs and LPs, both domestically and internationally.
• Manage international banking matters, perform due diligence, and ensure compliance with cross-border regulations.
• Prepare estate tax returns and related filings.
• Administer cross-border estates, including asset transfers and distributions.
• Maintain client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and up-to-date.
• Stay informed on changes in international estate planning laws and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and answering inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years as a Paralegal specializing in Trust and Estates law, with a focus on international matters.
• Knowledge: Strong familiarity with U.S. estate planning, trusts, and related legal instruments, as well as international legal practices.
• Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex and sensitive cases.
• Flexibility: Must be able to work onsite in the Brickell office.
• Language: Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
