Pay Range: $85 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map requirements and strategies.
- Design and execute complex architecture plans, including advanced dial plans and E911 compliance.
- Perform hands-on configuration and deployment for Webex Calling (Multi-tenant/DI) and Microsoft Teams Phone (Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Calling Plans).
- Prepare project engineering designs and detailed Method-of-Procedure (MOP) documentation for customer implementations.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with clients, internal project teams, and third-party vendors to execute end-to-end deployments.
- Advise clients on integrating AI capabilities into their collaboration ecosystems.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 7+ years of experience planning, designing, and deploying complex UC solutions.
- Deep expertise in Cisco UC environments, including CUCM, Unity Connection, CER, Cisco Voice Gateways, and Webex Calling (Multi-tenant/Dedicated Instance).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Microsoft Teams Phone architectures, including Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans.
- Advanced proficiency in leveraging PowerShell for automated user provisioning and environment troubleshooting.
- Hands-on expertise integrating Microsoft-certified Session Border Controllers and configuring third-party endpoints.
- 10 years of consulting experience with a technology vendor or systems integrator.
- Hands-on experience with Client solutions from vendors like Ribbon, AudioCodes, and Oracle.
- Practical experience leveraging AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cisco AI).
- Automation scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, REST APIs) for UC administrative workflows.
- Required: CCNP-Collaboration certification (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Desired: Microsoft 365 Certified: Collaboration Communications System Engineer / Teams Administrator Associate, or Webex Calling Administration Professional.
