Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, robotics engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage mid/large scale projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reach project milestones with on-time high quality output.
- An Open mind with willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- MS office tool skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- More than 6 years of experience leading or collaborating on development of mid-size or large-scale electronic systems, from concept through production.
- 1-2 years of experience with basic electrical architecture and vehicle ECU communication through CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, CXPI, and other communication protocols.
- Fundamental circuitry knowledge.
- Experience with development quality tools; DFMEA, DRBFM, FTA, etc
- Good time management and task prioritization skills.
- Clear and concise presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Willingness to work overtime, when necessary, up to 10% of the time.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time.
ADDED BONUS- Master of Science degree in a related engineering or computer science field
- Experience using CATIA or similar systems.
