Providing executive leadership across sales, business development, community engagement, strategic partnerships, volunteer services, bereavement and counseling programs, outreach, and marketing and communications, the Senior Vice President of Strategy will unite teams around a shared vision, drive referral growth, expand market opportunities, and champion innovative, data-driven strategies that enhance the patient and family experience. This executive will play a critical role in strengthening sales performance, cultivating key referral relationships, identifying emerging market opportunities, and developing strategies that position Carolina Caring for sustainable growth and continued success.
