Weaver's Capital Advisors is dedicated to delivering personalized financial solutions that provide comfort, and fostering relationships built on trust. Weaver Capital Advisors is an RIA and our services include wealth management and wealth planning.The Senior Wealth Advisor works directly with clients and will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with high net worth and ultra‑high net worth individuals, families, trusts, and family entities. The Senior Wealth Advisor will focus on acquiring and managing relationships, including ongoing planning, education, coaching, and implementing solutions to meet client goals. They will foster relationships with clients to build retention and expand client relationships. They will also be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities through existing clients, referrals, and networking. They will mentor staff and work closely with leadership to execute plans effectively.Other Responsibilities IncludeDeveloping and executing successful business development strategies for all markets served to generate significant new assets for the firmServing as the primary contact for wealth management clientsBuilding and managing an effective and efficient sales pipelineGuiding the ongoing professional development, training, and certification of the sales and marketing teamsRecruiting additional sales team members as neededHelping build a positive culture of accountability and integrityMaintaining meaningful COI relationships as a path to build effective sales channels and maintain a robust sales pipelineQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related fieldSeries 65 requiredProven sales success and strong business acumenStrong relationship management skillsProven ability to manage, mentor and develop staffDemonstrates independent thinking and strong decision‑making skillsAbility to build, develop, maintain and transition a book of business with little supervisionExcellent work references and proven record of consistent, successful achievement of sales goalsExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsHigh emotional intelligence, outstanding integrity, and exceptional work ethicMaintain positive attitude and willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing environmentAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining confidentiality of all client mattersAssist in the creation, delivery, and execution of complex financial plansPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business AdministrationTexas General Insurance licenseCFP, CFA, CAIA, and/or CPWAExperience working with high-net-worth clients strongly preferredAlternative investment experienceBenefitsWeaver goes beyond offering competitive health benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
