The role involves designing, developing, and supporting integrations between UKG platforms and internal/external systems to ensure efficient HR, payroll, and scheduling operations.
Responsibilities include creating APIs, data flows, and custom connectors, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvements.
Candidates need a bachelor’s in Computer Science or related fields, with 5-7 years healthcare experience, Dell Boomi certification, and expertise in APIs, middleware, and UKG data models.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and Agile/DevOps knowledge are essential.
Preferred attributes include ERP project leadership and subject matter expertise in HR systems.
The position is day-shift, 40 hours weekly, within ERP support, emphasizing a caring environment and lifelong learning.
