Senior Financial Analyst (Temp-to-Hire) | Onsite - San Fernando Valley
A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support finance operations during a major ERP transformation. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong cost accounting and SAP experience in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
* Support month-end close, including inventory and overhead journal entries
* Perform inventory reconciliations, reserve analysis, and variance reporting
* Manage and analyze product costing and margin performance
* Partner with Operations and Supply Chain on cost drivers and process improvements
* Play a key role in a multi-year SAP S/4HANA implementation (testing, validation, process improvement)
What You Bring:
* 7-10+ years of accounting/finance experience
* Strong inventory & cost accounting in manufacturing
* Hands-on SAP experience (S/4HANA preferred)
* Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros)
* Experience in ERP implementations or dual systems (preferred)
Details:
* 100% onsite (San Fernando Valley)
* Temp-to-hire opportunity [conversion in about 3 months]
* $40-$46/hour (conversion approx. $85K-$95K)
