About the Role
Our Lead Generation team is looking for an SEO Specialist who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in digital marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, content strategy, and learning new technologies. You do not need to be an SEO expert on day one. You''ll work closely with our SEO Team Lead, receiving hands-on mentorship and training while helping improve website visibility, increase qualified leads, and support the firm''s growth.
We''re looking for someone who is coachable, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve. Success in this role is measured not only by results but also by your willingness to learn, apply feedback, and develop your SEO expertise over time.
Responsibilities
- Optimize website content for organic search visibility and emerging AI-powered search platforms.
- Collaborate with the SEO Team Lead and content team to ensure content follows SEO best practices, including keyword targeting, schema markup, internal linking, and backlink opportunities.
- Support local SEO efforts by creating, updating, and managing attorney and firm directory profiles.
- Monitor website traffic, search rankings, and other performance metrics.
- Help execute SEO strategies designed to increase qualified leads, new clients, and overall website growth.
- Support major SEO initiatives, including technical website improvements, site migrations, content optimization projects, and link-building campaigns.
- Review reporting dashboards and identify opportunities to improve organic and AI search performance.
- Partner with the broader Lead Generation team to support departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay current on industry trends, AI search developments, and SEO best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
- 1+ year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, website management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and/or WordPress.
- Experience conducting keyword research and implementing on-page SEO best practices.
- Exposure to SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor''s degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
