Series Creative & Marketing Director

Role Purpose

As the Series Creative & Marketing Director, you will be the key bridge between OneD's series creators and its audiences-combining strong creative instincts, entertainment-industry experience, and strategic marketing thinking to transform each series into a talk-of-the-town cultural moment.

You will work closely with series producers, directors, writers, artists, and production teams to deeply understand the story, characters, creative vision, and intended audience. From there, you will lead the development of an integrated creative and marketing strategy to drive awareness, conversation, viewership, and engagement on the OneD platform.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Series Creative & Marketing Strategy: Develop and lead the overall creative and marketing strategy for assigned series-from early production and pre-launch through premiere, weekly episode communication, finale, and post-series amplification.
• Creative Campaign Direction: Define the central creative idea, campaign narrative, tone of voice, and visual direction for each series, ensuring that all communication remains aligned with the original creative vision while being attractive and relevant to the target audience.
• Integrated Marketing Planning: Translate the creative direction into a comprehensive marketing plan covering social media, digital content, media buy, PR, artists, KOLs, fan communities, partnerships, CRM, in-app communication, offline media, and on-ground activations.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and align the Creative, Marketing, Social Content, Graphic Design, Editing, Media Buy, Performance Marketing, CRM, PR, Commercial, and Partnership teams to ensure consistent strategy and operational excellence across every campaign touchpoint.
• Creative Collaboration & Brainstorming: Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Content, and Production teams to brainstorm ideas, enhance content concepts, and ensure final outputs reach their strongest creative potential.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor real-time audience sentiment, social performance, campaign results, episode viewership, app engagement, and content performance. Use these insights to adapt creative and marketing tactics throughout the series lifecycle.
• Team Leadership & Development: Guide, inspire, and develop the Creative and Marketing teams, encouraging collaboration, bold thinking, fast execution, strong creative standards, and a shared sense of ownership for campaign results.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in Creative, Entertainment Marketing, Content Marketing, Advertising, Media, Music, Series, Film, Television, or related entertainment businesses.
• Producer & Director Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence and credibility to engage professionally with series producers, directors, writers, artists, and senior production stakeholders.
• Creative Strength: Exceptional creative judgment with the ability to recognize powerful story moments, emotional triggers, character appeal, cultural relevance, visual potential, and ideas that can generate audience conversation.
• Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of consumer marketing, audience segmentation, brand positioning, social media, digital marketing, media strategy, fan engagement, PR, and integrated campaign planning.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary Creative and Marketing teams and managing complex projects involving multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Passion for Entertainment: Genuine passion for Thai dramas, series, movies, variety content, and entertainment culture - with a sharp instinct for funny moments, dramatic beats, emotional hooks, and content that people want to share.
