What You’ll Do

As a Server Assistant, you’ll help keep service moving smoothly so guests receive a polished, timely dining experience. This entry-level role is a strong way to launch your career in hospitality while learning from experienced servers and kitchen teammates.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables with care and accuracy
- Communicate clearly with servers and the kitchen to support smooth pacing
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and seatings
- Refill water and assist with small guest needs during service
- Keep dining areas organized, clean, and ready for the next guest

What you’ll bring:
- Energy, reliability, and a supportive team mindset
- Strong attention to detail and calm focus in a fast-paced setting
- Clear communication and a proactive, “see it and solve it” approach
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods and carry trays/plates
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Your Shift Flow

You’ll clock in, connect with the team on the evening’s reservations and pacing, and get the dining room set for smooth service. Once guests arrive, you’ll stay in motion—coordinating timing between the kitchen and floor, keeping an eye on table readiness, and jumping in wherever the team needs an extra hand. Between rushes, you’ll quickly re-center the room, restock what’s running low, and keep your section looking sharp. By the end of the shift, you’ll help wrap up, reset for the next service, and leave knowing you helped the whole team deliver a seamless experience.
