Responsibilities - Provide prompt, friendly, and attentive service throughout the guest experience.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu, daily specials, food preparations, and beverage offerings.
- Confidently recommend appetizers, entrées, and other menu items based on guest preferences.
- Recommend thoughtful wine pairings to complement guests' food selections.
- Ensure all food and beverages are delivered to the correct table promptly and professionally.
- Maintain awareness of each table and anticipate guest needs throughout the meal.
- Create a warm, polished, and memorable dining experience for every guest.
- Work closely with restaurant management and promptly address guest questions, requests, and concerns.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Support fellow team members and contribute to an overall positive and professional restaurant environment.
Qualifications & Requirements - 4+ years of full-service restaurant experience required, preferably in an upscale or fine-dining environment.
- Strong knowledge and passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
- Outgoing, upbeat, positive, and personable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
