Job Description
Full and part-time SERVER and BARTENDER positions are available at the Blue Line Pub in the O'Malley Sports Complex (ice arena).
Job Details:
- Compensation includes generous and fair "tip share" program.
- Reliable attendance and attention to customer service are required.
Duties:
- Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
- Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
- Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff.
- Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
