Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our team at Peacemaker 4 Hands Brewing located in St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, create a welcoming atmosphere, and have a strong knowledge of craft beer to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages according to company standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations about our beer selection and menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender required..
• Strong knowledge and passion for craft beer is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must comply with airport security and operational requirements.
