EXPERIENCED SERVERS & BARTENDERS WANTED

$37 $45 per hour, including tips

We are seeking experienced, polished, and dependable hospitality professionals to join our established Italian restaurant in Richmond, Virginia.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant experience preferred
  

• Strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge
  

• Experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant
  

• Excellent guest service and communication skills
  

• Professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic
  

• Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional service standards
  

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
  

• Evening and weekend availability
  

COMPENSATION

$37 $45 per hour, including tips. Actual earnings vary based on shifts, hours, and gratuities.
