In this role, you will help create a welcoming experience for guests by delivering attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate requests clearly to the kitchen or bar team
• Serve menu items in a timely and professional manner
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond to questions or concerns
• Process payments accurately and handle transactions according to company procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining spaces
• Restock supplies and assist with side work before, during, and after shifts
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient service during busy periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or food service environment is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and professional
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude
