Server

We are looking for friendly, dependable, and experienced servers to join our team. Our restaurant can be fast-paced and high-volume, especially during dinner and weekends, so we re looking for someone who is comfortable staying organized and providing great service while handling multiple tables.

What we re looking for:

• Previous restaurant serving experience preferred
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  
• Friendly and professional with guests
  
• Able to handle multiple tables and priorities at once
  
• Reliable and punctual
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
• Available for evening and weekend shifts
  
• Sushi/Japanese restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
  

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing attentive service
  
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately
  
• Learning our menu, including sushi and all-you-can-eat options
  
• Checking on tables and anticipating guest needs
  
• Processing payments accurately
  
• Maintaining a clean and organized section
  
• Completing opening, running, and closing side work
  
• Working closely with hosts, bussers, kitchen staff, and other servers
