The Server provides prompt, friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM service model, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming attitude, learning the menu to recommend and promote features, accurately recording orders, delivering food, checking back with guests, and partnering with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
Additional duties involve performing opening/closing tasks, ensuring quality presentation, responding promptly to guest needs, processing payments, and serving alcohol responsibly.
Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, with or without prior experience, strong guest service skills, flexibility for shifts, and adherence to food safety and serving regulations.
Must have good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
