We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Server to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests.The ideal candidate is customer-focused, attentive, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.What You'll DoGreet guests warmly and provide professional, friendly servicePresent menus and explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specialsTake accurate food and beverage ordersEnter orders correctly into the POS systemAnswer guest questions about Ukrainian and European dishesMake recommendations based on guest preferencesCommunicate customer orders and special requests clearly to the kitchenMonitor tables throughout the meal and provide attentive serviceServe food and beverages promptly and professionallyCheck on guests to ensure satisfactionRespond to customer questions, concerns, and requestsResolve minor customer service issues professionally and involve management when necessaryProcess payments accurately and handle cash and credit card transactionsMaintain accurate checks and follow restaurant payment proceduresKeep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organizedClear and reset tables efficientlyFollow restaurant food safety and sanitation standardsWork closely with kitchen staff, hosts, bartenders, bussers, and managementAssist other team members when neededFollow opening and closing proceduresMaintain a professional, positive, and team-oriented work environmentWork Schedule: Full-time or part-time; schedule will be discussed during the interview.
