We are excited to announce the opening of our new steakhouse in Lake Mary, Florida! We are seeking experienced, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

JOB FAIR DETAILS

Date: Monday, November 30, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 3801 W Lake Mary Blvd, Suite 155, Lake Mary, FL 32746

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Front of House: Servers, Hosts/Hostesses, Bartenders, Barbacks, Bussers, Food Runners, Server Assistants, Cashiers, Takeout Specialists, and Expediters.

Back of House: Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Grill Cooks, Broiler Cooks, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Pantry/Salad Cooks, Pastry/Dessert Prep, Dishwashers, and Kitchen Utility Staff.

Management: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Restaurant Managers, Front-of-House Managers, Bar Managers, and Shift Supervisors.

Additional Positions: Inventory/Receiving, Maintenance, and Private Dining/Catering Coordinators.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred; requirements vary by position.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on the position.

• Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, professionalism, and teamwork.
