Paramount of all of our duties is member satisfaction. Within member satisfaction our priorities are first to greet all members warmly using their title and surname maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Secondly, two to three years of Club service experience that indicates a broad food and beverage knowledge is preferred to ensure that food and beverage is served efficiently, accurately and happily, with an emphasis on menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques. Wine experience is equally valued, again to ensure our member experience is positively memorable. We maintaining flexibility regarding member requests and accommodate as much as possible. Lastly, experience and industry knowledge are highly valued and encouraged to develop new and better ways of serving our members, and improving our efficiency to always improve our members Club experience while maintaining accurate records and data for reporting and analysis. |
